Legal Affairs Committee:

Documents share folder: Operational Law Library
The committee advises on operational law, including the law of armed conflict, other international and military law and the status of reservists. The Committee also issues briefing papers on current NATO-related legal topics. The committee provides education and training regarding the above-mentioned topics, including during the Young Reserve Officers Workshops. Furthermore, it organizes webinars concerning relevant topics of operational law for interested reserve officers . Finally, the committee supports CIOR leadership, committees and working groups with respect to constitutional matters relating to CIOR operations. The below library contains a range of materials, such as conventions and NATO documents, which are relevant to allied reservists, including YROW and MilComp participants.
