CIOR´s IBM was held in Estonia for the third time. Participants held a council meeting, visited Estonia´s largest annual exercise Spring Storm, which this year had more than 14 000 participants, and held traditional shooting competition. The council and commiittees will meet next time during summer congress in Tallinn 29th July until 2nd August.
