The annual Summer Congress for the CIOR has begun in the newest Nato member country Finland. The last week of June will gather around five hundred reserve officers to Helsinki, the capital of Finland, to discuss, work and compeet together. The week will be kicked off in an Opening Ceremony on Monday 26th of June at 1700, the Ceremony takes place in the Senate Square.
